Belief in the Holy Spirit who makes real in our experience the spiritual resources we have in Christ.
Belief in mankind as God’s greatest expression of his creative power. Mankind was made in order to know God and his love. Mankind is sinful and, therefore, cut off from God and his love, because of his wilful disobedience to God and his law.
Belief that God has redeemed mankind by the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Being born again by the Spirit of God brings mankind into a right relationship with God.
Belief in the Bible as the authentic and authoritative word of God. It is God-breathed and Christians can know its proper meaning as the Holy Spirit reveals the truth.
Belief in the universal Church, Christ’s body, with Jesus as the Head.
