At Emmanuel Baptist Church we believe in prayer. Jesus taught us that even a sparrow does not fall to the ground without God noticing (Matthew 10 v 29-30).

Don’t worry about anything instead pray about everything. Tell God what you need and thank him for all that he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand.Philippians 4 vs 6-7
You don’t have to be wise or knowledgeable or even articulate to be able to talk to God, because God sends his Holy Spirit to help us to know what to pray (Romans 8 v26).
God cares, even about the little things in our lives. So, if you are going through some challenging times, or simply needing help with every day issues and would like us to pray for you, or with you, please contact the church office.
